Campanile South, located at 4306 Yoakum Boulevard in the Montrose area of Houston, is an 80,000 square foot boutique office building catering to small to medium sized tenants. Completed in 2014, the project has exceeded expectations for both leasing volume and rental rates.
Regions Financial Center, located at 3773 Richmond Avenue, is an 11-story, 180,000 square foot project consists of approximately 165,000 square feet of Class A office space, and 15,000 of premium retail space. The project was delivered in 2016.
Barbour Investments purchased Wilson Road in 2016 at sub-60% occupancy. By shifting the leasing strategy, this 40,000 square foot building was 100% leased withing 16 months of purchase.
