Campanile South, located at 4306 Yoakum Boulevard in the Montrose area of Houston, is an 80,000 square foot boutique office building catering to small to medium sized tenants. Completed in 2014, the project has exceeded expectations for both leasing volume and rental rates.
Regions Financial Center in the Greenway Plaza market is located at 3773 Richmond Avenue. This 11-story, 180,000 square foot project consists of approximately 165,000 square feet of Class A office space, and 15,000 of premium retail space.
